About Our Client:
Our client is a MNC headquater in German, with their expension they are now looking for right candidate to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting a Customer Care Manager, Leading a team of 10 CS
- lead the team to handle complicated claims and complaints issues arising from VIP corporate customer
- Guide the team to provide solutions to customer requests and promptly take recovery actions.
- Interact with VIP in a professional manner, provide proper solution with reference to own profession judgement
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree preferred with with a minimum of 5 years' experience in CS, at least 2 years in management role
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
- Excellent customer service and complain handling skills
- Good team player
