Our client is A MNC focusing on phone accessories. With their ambitious business expansion plan, they are now looking for right candidate to join them.
About the Role
- Work in a team of total 30 CS, mainly responsible for:
- Answer daily emails in a high service level stand from customer around the world, enquiries including product requests, after-sales, complaints, repairs, etc
- Communicate closely with boutiques, ensure clear and complete handover of cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferred with 1 years of experience in customer
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good team player.
