About our Client

Our client is A MNC focusing on phone accessories. With their ambitious business expansion plan, they are now looking for right candidate to join them.

About the Role

  • Work in a team of total 30 CS, mainly responsible for:
  • Answer daily emails in a high service level stand from customer around the world, enquiries including product requests, after-sales, complaints, repairs, etc
  • Communicate closely with boutiques, ensure clear and complete handover of cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferred with 1 years of experience in customer
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good team player.
