The company has an enviable record of worldwide success and they are now further expanding their coverage locally. To maximise capacity and identify growth opportunities for the future, they are now seeking for an Assistant Director, Digital Solution Transformation
About the Role
Reporting to the Department head and managing a sizeable team, you will be an innovation lead to identify and drive a wide range of corporate and solution transformation challenges. This role will develop solutions for a diverse range of value chain stakeholders including customers, businesses, functions, suppliers and working partners that deliver value and therefore drive more demand for such solutions. As an innovation driver, you will work with functional stakeholders to identify opportunities and propose credible innovative solutions while implementing strategies for business process re-engineering. Lastly, you have to be an excellent communicator, engaging and facilitating productive collaboration with business clients, technology providers, other innovators, academic researchers, and other external research organizations, as well as all levels of internal stakeholders.
The Successful Applican
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Mangaement or related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working in sizeable organization and in telecom industry
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- A proven track record in delivering telecommunication solutions technology change and transformation.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Agile delivering and transformation.
- Indepth experience in devising, costing and delivering solutions that meet internal business and customer needs.
- Experience of developing and implementing architecture within a fast-paced organisation to meet complex programmes with multiple stakeholders
- Strong influencing, communication and negotiation skills coupled with acute commercial awarenes
- Development of enterprise architects with recognised and credible industry/technology knowledge
- Expertise in architecting digital and multi-channel technology solutions, covering all layers of the technology stack, from presentation through to end to end solutuon delivery
- Good command in English and Chinese
