My client is a Hong Kong medium size developer with commercial and residential portfolio. In order to maintain the facilities, they are looking for an Assistant Facilities Officer to join their team.
About the Role
- Assist the manager to oversee the daily operation of facilities management to ensure the office is smooth
- Arrange the schedule for maintenance, repair and improvement works with contractors
- Coordinate and answer customers inquiries
The successful applicants
- Diploma holder or above in Facilities / Property Management
- 1 years' or above experience in facilities / property management
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
