Assistant Finance Manager - Investment (Up to $50k)
About our Client
Our client is one of Hong Kong's most prestigious property developers with a strong regional presence. To cope with their ambitious expansion plan, they are now looking for finance talents to join their team in Hong Kong as Assistant Finance Manager to supervise their investment business unit.
About the Role
- Report to the Finance Manager
- Assist in preparing monthly consolidation reports and other management reports
- Assist in month-/year-end closings, as well as the preparation of annual budget and cashflow forecasts for the business units
- Provide review and analysis on KPI performance, business performance and relevant statistical data including variance analysis
- Involve in the advising and business planning process and present ideas to senior management
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other relevant field
- HKICPA/ACCA qualification, with minimum of 3 years of professional Big 4 training
- Accounting experience in financial investments is highly preferred
- Strong analytical sense with good communication skills
- Prior experience in Oracle would be a big advantage
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, including Pivot Table and V-Look Up etc
- Highly proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese
