(Assistant) Finance Manager (MNC, up to $55k per month)
About The Client:
Our client is a leading MNC. They are now looking for a Finance Manager for their regional office responsible for all accounting and financial functions for a specific business unit.
About the role:
- Act as a business partner to collaborate and report to the regional director.
- Responsible for daily financial activities with the help of Accountant.
- Responsible for timely reporting of financial information, including preparation of financial statements, management reports, financial analysis and projects in addition to adhoc reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting, comprehensive analysis and consolidation of Hong Kong entities.
- Coordinates yearly audit with external auditors and tax agents for statutory and tax filings.
- Develops the local finance team for accounting procedures and systems and recommend areas for improvement to ensure cost efficiencies.
- Support ad hoc tasks when necessary.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA qualification will be advantageous.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in fast-paced company.
- Familiar with accounting systems like Hyperion, Essbase, Lawson, or other general ledger systems.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
