Assistant Finance Manager - Real Estate (Up to HK$45k)
About the Client
Our client is a renowned property developer with a global presence. With an exciting expansion plan in mind, they are currently looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.
About the Role
- Report to the Finance Manager
- Handle and overview daily BU accounting operations, including reviewing month-end closing and reporting
- Responsible for preparing annual budget, monthly forecast, regular management reports and other ad-hoc analysis
- Communicate with different finance teams in the Group level to identify potential business growth opportunities
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the Finance Manager
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent with HKICPA/ACCA or relevant qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate industry
- Flexible, detail-oriented, able to problem-solve and be a good communicator
- Proficient in Oracle, Excel and PowerPoint, including Pivot Table, V-Look Up etc
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese & English
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
