About the Company
Our client is a leading property developers with business expansion and operations spanning across Hong Kong and Greater China. To cope with the expansions plan, they are now seeking for a high calibre individual to join their leasing team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director, you will be the main driver in developing the leasing strategies of shopping malls within the selected cities in HK or China. You will direct and lead team members to formulate pre-leasing strategies, tenants' mix plan and co-ordinate all leasing activities with new & existing tenants.
About the Candidate
Applicants should be a University degree holder with over 12 years' solid experience in retail/shopping mall leasing from HK or China markets. Solid knowledge of retail leasing practice and strong business sense with excellent inter-personal skills, self-motivated and high degree of initiative are critical success factors. Fluent Putonghua and English as well as strong negotiation skills are required.
