Our client is a Hong Kong listed company and an industry leader within the luxury retail sector. To cope with their business expansion, they are now seeking for a passionate individual to join the HR team as Assistant HR and Administration Manager.
About the Role
You will directly report to the HR Manager, lead a team of 2 and serve a population of 120. You will be responsible for handling a full spectrum of HR functions including compensation and benefits, recruitment and employee relations. You will review and enhance the HR and administrative policy and procedure. You will also take lead on the office administrative duties, handle the travel arrangement and the group insurance. Last but not least, you will handle ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines. You need to have minimum 5 to 7 years of solid HR generalist experience. Having worked in retail industry is a must. You need to have good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multi-task and work independently is essential. You are required to have a good command of English and Chinese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
