Our client is a global luxury beauty group. Due to the continuous growth, they are now looking for an Assistant Manager to join the dynamic team.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will perform the full spectrum of HR duties. You will act as a strategic partner to provide innovative sourcing solutions to different Business Units. You will also involve in the talent acquisition to select the potential frontline and back office staff as well as to support the onboarding/offboarding process for the talents. In addition, you have towork closely with the Business Managers on the talent retention programme and reduce the turnover rate of the employee. Last but not least, you should participate in various HR initiatives, development programs and different kinds of staff activities.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 5 years experience in the HR field. Preferably from retail or fashion industries. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, you should be optimistic, energetic and be able to influence people. A high level of sensitivity and alertness are required. Proficiency in English, and Cantonese is a must. Candidates with immediate availability will definitely an advantage.
