About the Client
Our client is a global FMCG company. Due to the continuous growth, they are having some recruitment projects and looking for a contract Assistant HR Manager to join the dynamic team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you are responsible for supporting and executing different recruitment projects as well as sourcing potential candidates through different platforms and channels. You will perform end-to-end recruitment and support the onboarding process for new talents. Lastly, you have to work closely with the Business Manager on the talent retention programme and reduce the turnover rate of the employee.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 4 years relevant experience, preferably from marketing or professional services. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, you should be fast paced and able to work under pressure. Proficiency in English, and Cantonese is a must. Immediate availability is preferred.
