About The Role:
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to support the implementation and execution of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in talent management activities, including succession planning, career development, and high-potential identification, and support the implementation of talent retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team in designing and delivering training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support HR projects and initiatives such as HR policy development, HR system implementations, and process improvements.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in HRBP or related roles, with exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development in engineering industries would be a plus.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent English and Cantonese.
