A listed logistic company with a fast-growing business presence across the world. Due to the steady business growth, they are looking for Assistant HR Manager to join their team and drive the long-term business success.
About the Role
- Responsible on full spectrum of C&B tasks and activities such as payroll approval, benefits renewal and administration, incentive scheme review and staff cost analysis
- Design and review C&B program, policies and projects to improve overall competitiveness of the company
- Consolidate and prepare regular reports for management review
- Responsible for HRIS implementation and maintenance
- Assist in any ad-hoc HR projects if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business, Human Resources or related discipline
- With 6-8 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably from sizeable companies
- Proven track record on both C&B operation and projects handling
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Dynamic, outspoken and reliable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS are crucial
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
