About the Client
Our client is a well-established organisation with large population in Greater China. With recent organisational restructuring, they are looking for an experienced HR professional to join the Employee Engagement Team and lead the engagement initiatives and projects.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing employee engagement strategies and plans for staff in all levels. You will implement initiatives in employee engagement via various channels including but not limited to employee recognition programs, internal communications staff activities and employee survey. In addition, you will manage various corporate engagement strategies across all departments and functions, so as to enhance the communication and transparency among different units. Lastly, you will develop new communication tools and platform and bridge the internal gap.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 8 years experience in the HR field, preferably in ER functions. Having strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, you should be optimistic, energetic and be able to influence people. A high level of sensitivity and alertness are required. Proficiency in English, and Cantonese is a must.
