Our client is a well-established tertiary education provider with diploma and above education on multiple campus. To cope with the upcoming development plans, they are seeking an all-rounded professional with hands-on event organising experience and strong communication skills to join the HR team.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you are responsible for the full spectrum of HR matters including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent management and staff relations. You will focus on organising public activities and employee engagement campaigns. You will be involved in planning, organising and evaluation of the staff activities and engagement events for the population. In addition, daily HR administration duties and ad hoc projects will be assigned.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Education or related disciplines with at least 6 years experience in the HR field. Having strong problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, you should be optimistic, energetic and be able to influence people. A high level of sensitivity and alertness are required. Proficiency in English, and Cantonese is a must.
