Our client is one of the big players in FMCG sector. As part of business expansion and transformation process, they are currently looking for a seasoned L&D professional to join. Prior experience in talent management and organisational development will be highly regarded. This role pays up to $33k per month.
About The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you are responsible for the implementation of the talent management strategy to align with the business ambition and group direction. You are responsible for designing and implementing new and innovative talent management programs such as career ladders and job rotation across all levels of talents. You have to identify the staff needs and gaps, in order to drive staff engagement by incorporating suitable programs. You will design and organize organization development programmes as well as implement training for both trainers and other talents. Last but not least, you will assist in succession planning projects as well as maintain the relationships with external training vendors.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business related disciplines, with a minimum of 5 years' working experience in HR, preferably experienced gained from Retail/Telecom/FMCG/Banking. Having experience in Organisational Development or setting up Talent Management Framework is highly preferred. You should be able to maintain a good relationship with external vendors as well. You should be decisive, creative and having good communication. Being able to work under ambiguity and multitasking will be a plus. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
