About the Company

Our client is one of the leading food & beverage groups in Hong Kong. With their rapid business expansion, they are now looking for an Assistant HR Manager with C&B focus to join the team.

About the Role

Reporting to the C&B Manager, you are responsible for all-rounded C&B functions including monthly payroll calculation, MPF, tax and final payment. You will ensure payroll process & services quality are delivered in high quality & timely manner. Last but not least, you will follow up development & enhancement of HRIS and perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably gained from a sizeable company
  • Experience in using IPL
  • Well-versed in employment and labor-related ordinance
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
