About the Company


Our client is an international listed property management company. They are now looking for a professional and detail-minded person to join their team as Assistant Payroll Manager.


About the Role

You will report directly to the Payroll Manager, and supervise a small team in C&B functions with a focus in payroll operation for approximately 1000 headcounts. You will act as a gatekeeper to ensure payroll calculation is processed with high accuracy and in a timely manner. You will provide support and advise to the payroll related projects. You will also prepare payroll or any related reports for management review. Furthermore, you will assist the renewal and development of the C&B policy and procedures when necessary.


Requirements

The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business or relevant disciplines with at least 5 years solid experience in payroll for a large population and property management industry preferred. You need to be organized, detail-minded and have a proactive attitude, able to work under pressure, and multi-task. You also need to be a good team player with strong communication skills. You are required to have a good command of English and Chinese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
