About Our Client:
Our client is a sizeable retail brand with mass population across the globe. As part of business expansion, they are currently seeking an energetic and fast-paced HR practitioner to join the team.
About The Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work closely with regional team members to identify HR solutions and drive group initiatives to support business needs. You will deliver HR strategy for the region in conjunction with business priorities and future requirements as well as centrally led HR initiatives. You will also handle different annual projects, including performance review, salary benchmarking and / or any ad hoc HR projects as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be a degree holder in HR Management or business related disciplines, with a minimum of 8 years' relevant working experience in sizeable companies, preferably retail, telecom or industries with mass population. You will be an enthusiastic and fast-paced individual with good communication and problem-solving skills. A good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin required. Immediate available candidates highly regarded and this role pays up to $35k per month.
