Our client is a well-known fashion retail brand with business across the globe. Due to continuous growth, they are now looking for a Supervisor to join the dynamic team.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will assume an independent role and perform the full spectrum of HR duties. You will involve in the talent acquisition to select the potential frontline and back office staff. You will need to organize annual staff activities and regular employee engagement campaigns to maintain a good staff relationship. You will assist in the policy revamp and handle performance appraisal duties. On top of which, daily HR administration duties and ad hoc projects will be assigned.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 5 years experience in the HR field. Preferably from retail or fashion industries. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, you should be optimistic, energetic and be able to influence people. A high level of sensitivity and alertness are required. Proficiency in English, and Cantonese is a must.
