About the Company

Our client is a Hong Kong listed company and an industry leader within the property management sector. To cope with their business expansion, they are now seeking for a passionate individual to join the HR team as Assistant HR Manager.


About the Role

You will directly report to the HR Manager, lead one HR Officer and serve a population of 200 to 300. You will be responsible for handling a full spectrum of HR functions including payroll administration, compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee relations and training. You will develop and review the HR policy and procedure. You will analyse and generate various HR reports when required. You will also support and handle ad-hoc HR duties assigned by management.


Requirements

The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines. You need to have minimum 5 years of solid HR generalist experience. Having worked in a fast-pace environment and industries such as retail, property Management, telecommunication will be an advantage. You need to have good communication skills and a proactive attitude. Able to multi-task and work independently is essential. You are required to have a good command of English and Chinese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
