About the Client
A well-known education provider is currently looking for a Assistant HR Officer to join and support the HR Operation team.
About the Role
- Provide administrative support including reports and documentation, and offer all-round account services to designated business units with guidance from HR supervisors
- Compile and prepare human resources metrics and management reports as and when required
- Manage and maintain up-to-date HR records in centralised personal file system
- Assist in arranging internal meetings and closely work with both internal and external parties
- Assist in any ad hoc projects
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's holder in HR Management or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience
- Willing to handle administrative work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated and with strong learning agility
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office
