Our client is a one of the largest professional service provider in their sector, located in Hong Kong. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Assistant Human Resources Manager.
About the role
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with all hiring managers and departments to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advert to offer
- Candidate care, induction support & on boarding, and post placement aftercare
- Reporting and presenting performance against plan on a weekly and monthly basis
- Understand, analyse and interpret business requirements and trends from the market, hiring plans, and intelligence reports
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations
- Experience working in public utilities is an advantage
- Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills is needed
- Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
