About our Client
Our client is a reputable retail brand with business across the globe. They are currently hiring a dynamic and fast-paced Assistant HR Manager for joining their HR team, the position will be focusing on Asia Pacific support.
About the Role
- Provide recruitment solutions to all business functions in a timely manner and plan ahead according to manpower forecast
- Oversee the daily HR operation including employee relations, budgeting, performance management, HR policies
- Handle C&B operation and projects such as payroll checking and incentive scheme review across Asia Pacific
- Manage regional HR projects including new shops opening, employer branding and talent acquisition strategies
- Maintain good relationship and communication with business heads across the region
- Develop and deliver HR policies that initiated by the group to cope with the business needs
- Assists in ad-hoc projects if required
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With a minimum of 6 years of HR all-round experience in retail industry, ideally with APAC exposure
- Sounds knowledge in HR Management with a good understanding of HR practices and market trends
- Strong in stakeholders management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
