About the Client
Our client is a well-developed sizable corporation within the IT sector. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Assistant Human Resources Manager.
About the role
- Manage end to end recruitment processes from developing commercially focused, brand enhancing assessment and selection processes, job advertisement creation, sourcing, screening, selecting, offer and onboarding for multiple accounts
- Focus on securing high quality candidates within agreed time-to-fill targets
- Provide the company with real-time information regarding talent competition and industry trends
- Maintain a professional, brand enhancing candidate experience through all recruitment cycle touch-points
- Assist in development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes related to sourcing and recruiting
- Assist in any HR related tasks if required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years recruitment / talent acquisition experience gained in sizeable organizations, preferable from IT&T and engineering companies
- Self-motivated, passionate and with positive energy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command in English and Cantonese
