Our client is a reputable logistic/retail company with global business and they are seeking for Assistant Manager to join their team.
Job Description
- Responsible for ERP/WMS system implementation, integration and data migration projects in APAC region
- Gather and analyze users' business requirements, research and identify areas of improvement of current system
- Manage and manage data flow to ensure data accuracy and improve system process
- Work closely with IT teammates, stakeholders and vendor to deliver result meeting customer expectation
- Supervise the team to ensure service delivery on time and within budget
- Perform UAT, issue log and troubleshooting
- Prepare business requirement documentation and user training after system go live
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- 4 years of experience working with enterprise-wide ERP or WMS system implementation projects
- Proficient in MS SQL and Oracle database
- Knowledge in Tableau, API EDI integration, other reporting tools is an advantage
- Professional certificate of PMP or Prince 2 is also an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with peers, subordinates & stakeholders
- Excellent in problem-solving and detail-minded
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
