About Our Client
Our client is a multinational service provider headquartered in the UK. Due to the business expansion under COVID, they are looking for a L&D professional to join the team and centralise the upcoming L&D initiatives from a corporate perspective.
About the Role
- Report to HR Director and Operation Director
- Identify and evaluate training needs of various business units to initiate corresponding training activities
- Establish training schedule and calendar for various departments
- Design and execute talent development and training curriculum to support business objectives
- Introduce succession plans to establish a talent pipeline with personal development plans for all high-potential talents
- Ensure proper training record is in place to fulfill staff learning requirement
- Collaborate with external vendors on e-learning initiatives
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years' experience in learning & development, ideally from service industry
- Creative, flexible and energetic
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
