About Our Client

Our client is a multinational service provider headquartered in the UK. Due to the business expansion under COVID, they are looking for a L&D professional to join the team and centralise the upcoming L&D initiatives from a corporate perspective.

About the Role

  • Report to HR Director and Operation Director
  • Identify and evaluate training needs of various business units to initiate corresponding training activities
  • Establish training schedule and calendar for various departments
  • Design and execute talent development and training curriculum to support business objectives
  • Introduce succession plans to establish a talent pipeline with personal development plans for all high-potential talents
  • Ensure proper training record is in place to fulfill staff learning requirement
  • Collaborate with external vendors on e-learning initiatives
  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks if required

The Successful Candidate

  • Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in learning & development, ideally from service industry
  • Creative, flexible and energetic
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Highly proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
