About our Client
Our client is a Hong Kong listed developer with intensive portfolio of hospitality, residential and commercial complex. They are looking for an Assistant Leasing Manager to join them.
About the Role
- Plan and execute the leasing strategies to maximize the occupancy rate of the mall
- Handle regular leasing matters (e.g. new letting, renewal) to ensure cover and take care potential tenants
- Maintain good relationship with tenants to support their needs
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. technical team, property management) to ensure all the projects meet company's requirement
- Conduct market research, reports and analysis
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- 4 years' relevant experience or above in retail leasing
- Strategic, independent and good negotiation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
