Our client is a leading mass retail company with a recognizable brand. Due to continued growth across the region, they are now looking to recruit an experienced HR professional to join them as Assistant manager.
About the Role
As the Assistant Manager, you will support the Human Resources Manager in handling the full spectrum of HR functions. You will take lead in the C&B function, focusing on payroll and ensure the accuracy. You will also provide support on employee relations and participate in talent acquisition. Furthermore, you will act as a Business Partner, assisting the renewal and development of Human Resources program while enhancing the policy and procedures.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant majors with at least 4 years of HR Generalist experience. You need to welcome challenges with a proactive attitude, multi-tasking, organized and have great people communication skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential, speaking in Mandarin is a plus. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer.
