About The Client

Our client is a well-known listed company with strong business in both Hong Kong & China, and they are looking for Assistant Manager to join their team.

Job Description

  • As a supervisor, lead a small team to manage, monitor and support customer service system enhancement and customization
  • Be the key contact person between frontline users and internal team, identify and resolve the users' requests
  • Gather and analyse user requirement, and translate business requirements into functional design
  • Work closely with software development team, and coordinate with vendors to achieve business goals
  • Conduct UAT and prepare user training



Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management or Business administration related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM & customer service system management and support
  • Experience in business process re-engineering or operation optimization will be an advantage
  • With team leading experience is preferred
  • Good team player and excellent in problem solving
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a must
