Our client is a well-known listed company with strong business in both Hong Kong & China, and they are looking for Assistant Manager to join their team.
Job Description
- As a supervisor, lead a small team to manage, monitor and support customer service system enhancement and customization
- Be the key contact person between frontline users and internal team, identify and resolve the users' requests
- Gather and analyse user requirement, and translate business requirements into functional design
- Work closely with software development team, and coordinate with vendors to achieve business goals
- Conduct UAT and prepare user training
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management or Business administration related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM & customer service system management and support
- Experience in business process re-engineering or operation optimization will be an advantage
- With team leading experience is preferred
- Good team player and excellent in problem solving
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a must
