Job Description
Job Purpose:
To generate business result through delivering of retail product and services to customers within SME segment
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice on financial products / services to SME customers
- Develop customer base through proactive acquisition activities
- Build and maintain relationship with SME clients
- Work to increase product penetration in existing SME customer base, including loans, insurance and other products
- Achieve sales target assigned
- Make cross referral to other departments / divisions to suit customers' needs whenever required
- Deliver products and services according to operational procedures and compliance guidelines
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder with minimum 3 years' experience in SME Banking of retail banking business
