About the Client
Our client is a sizable and well-established corporation within the luxury sector with a strong track of success and continuous development plan. They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate and strategic talent to join them as an Assistant Manager, Human Resources Business Partner.
About the role
- Develop a strategic vision for sourcing talents in an efficient and timely manner to meet the on-going needs of the organization
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from advert to offer
- Actively sourcing candidates from a variety of methods utilising job boards,
- LinkedIn social media and networks
- Provide strategic and day to day leadership to drive the delivery of the business' HR plans
- Combine a range of data with personal experience to develop insight into given business areas, its customers and the external context it operates within
- Assist in the articulation of the values and culture of the organization
- Assist in building strong talent pipelines
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of talent acquisition / business partnering experience gained in sizeable organizations
- Understanding of organisational design, development, resource and talent planning, L&D, performance & reward, employee engagement, employee relations, service delivery and information
- Excellent time management, organization and stakeholder management skills
- Previous working experience working in retail industry is a MUST
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
