About the Company
Our client is an industry leader within the logistic sector. Due to rapid business expansion across Asia Pacific and Greater China, they are now seeking for a passionate individual to join the team as Assistant Manager, focusing on Learning and Development.
About the Role
You will directly report to the Training Manager, cooperate with a team of 5 and serve a population of 3000. You will identify the training needs, develop the training programs and evaluate the end result of training. You will focus on customer service and product knowledge training. You will conduct classroom training and the main audience are the frontline staff. You will also responsible for succession planning, training budget forecast, training policies and procedures enhancement and any ad-hoc HR duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines. You need to have at least 5 years of solid training experience. Having worked in a labor intensive environment and industries such as logistics, FMCG or retail will be an advantage. You need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (including Mandarin) is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
