About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will support the daily loyalty program operation including membership, loyalty points and reward redemption and program execution including program operation design. You will drive platform features development by working with different stakeholders including business users, IT teams and vendors. You will understand challenges and consolidate business requirements and ensure smooth operations of the marketing program. You will also assist in ad hoc projects when required.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 4 years of relevant marketing experience
- Solid experience in online rewards logistics
- Independent, detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good computer skills including MS Office
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
