About The Client
Our client is one of the Property Developers in Hong Kong. They are now hiring an Assistant Manager for the Sales & Marketing department, responsible for preparing sales brochure and providing back-end support on sales administration and compliance matters.

About The Role
Reporting into the Department Head, you will:

- Prepare and review sales brochures for residential property developments
- Coordinate with external vendors to prepare sales and marketing related literatures and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with the Residential Properties (First-Hand Sales) Ordinance
- Examine all aspects of sales practice of property sale
- Provide support on compliance matters and sales administration

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be/have:

- Degree holder in Business Administration, Surveying and/or Real Estate related disciplines
- 5+ years of relevant work experience from property sector
- Familiar with Residential Properties (First-Hand Sales) Ordinance, alongside solid experience preparing for sales brochures
- Detail mind, good prioritisation skills despite multiple and tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, written and spoken
- Candidates with less experience considered Senior Officer
