Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of HKMA regulatory returns and surveys for the Bank, in compliance with all regulatory policies and requirements
- Review and prepare regulatory disclosure (including Pillar 3 disclosures) in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Perform assessment on the regulatory reporting treatment for current/new products and business
- Manage internal and external audits and review
- Understand and implement the new regulatory reporting requirements. Coordinate and work closely with relevant stakeholders to develop new processes and system requirements in meeting regulatory requirements
- Participate in new products and system enhancement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Support ad-hoc queries from regulators and internal stakeholders

- Good time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize and work under pressure to meet tight timeframe with multiple deliverables
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and analytical skills, able to interact with senior stakeholders or across departments
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' experience in banking and regulatory reporting
- HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
