About the Client
Our client is a well-established professional service provider, headquartered in UK. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Assistant Human Resources Manager.
About the Role
- Support implementation and continuous improvement on human resources operations such as staff transfer, onboarding / off-boarding, visa applications, salary benchmarking, benefits management and HRIS administration
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, mainly for contract staff, from advert to offer
- Manage salary review, promotion and support initiatives from group level
- Deliver report generation, data review and analysis related information from the system to provide key insights
- Participate in HRIS system-related projects of enhancement and upgrade
- Work as Business Partner and provide professional HR advice to local market head
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations
- Candidate with all-rounded HR experience is preferred
- Experience in professional service, engineering consultancy or IT sector with HR system migration would be an advantage
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
