About the Client
Our client is a renowned F&B business who originated overseas and has a strong business expansion to SE Asia in recent years. To mitigate risk and prevent loss, they are looking for a high calibre Assistant Manager to enhance their compliance.
About the Role
- Report into the Director and lead one subordinate
- Enhance compliance framework to reduce financial, operational and project risks
- Oversee investigations and report findings to business partners
- Manage compliance checks on retail operations
- Responsible for providing trainings to address the importance of internal control
- Work closely with business unit leaders and consult them as a subject matter expert
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in retail/ F&B
- Store audit and investigation experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
- Self-driven, independent and agile
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Immediately available is an advantage
