Our client is a well-known international cosmetics company. They are looking to hire a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for their team.
Job description
- Develop shopper marketing strategies for partners to enhance shopper engagement
- Work with sales team on trade marketing strategies
- Work with cross functional teams (e.g. Brand, Sales, agencies) for the implementation of trade marketing plan
- Assists in the planning and design of the marketing calendar, events and promotions
- Planning and budgeting of the promotion activities
- Work with agencies on media and social media campaigns
- Report analysis on the performance of your trade partner
- Roadshow and event planning and management
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years' marketing experience with trade promotion and advertising experience
- Be creative and resilient working in a fast paced environment
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experienced in skincare / cosmetics company is highly preferred
