About the role
- Establish company-wide processes and approaches for Talent Management to identify, manage, and develop a diverse pool of talent
- Work with business stakeholders and external vendors to design and develop impactful eLearning courses that maximize learning outcomes. Introduce digital tools to deliver innovative and effective learning solutions
- Collaborate closely with leaders and Business Partners to identify current and future skills and capability gaps, and implement cost-effective development solutions. This includes selecting and recommending external vendors, building and managing the talent development framework and curriculum to align with company goals
- As the program manager for all young talent attraction programs (including Graduate Trainee, Internship, and Placement), collaborate with Business Partners to create a framework and convert successful outcomes into assets for employer branding, in collaboration with the broader People, Customer & Brand Department
- Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Educate, challenge, and influence the business to cultivate balanced and effective teams with a wide range of skills and experiences
- Define and develop talent-related metrics to measure the success and value contributed to the organization's talent agenda
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5-8 years L&D experience gained in sizeable organizations within solid learning program delivery experience
- Independent, proactive and with problem solving skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
