About the Company
Our client is an international retail group, headquartered in Hong Kong. Due to rapid business expansion, they are now seeking for a passionate individual to join the team as Assistant Manager.
About the Role
You will work closely with the Training Manager and supervise 2 to 3 Officers. You will have to conduct weekly store visit and communicate with different store management team and vendors. You will analyse the training needs, prepare training materials and design training contents for digital transformation, product knowledge, customer experience, selling skills, etc. Your main audience will be the Store Supervisor and Trainee Manager.
Requirements
You should be a degree holder, either with business or related discipline. You should have at least 3 years solid experience in training, and participated in content design is definitely a plus. You should be a good team player, passionate and willing to take challenge. You need to be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential, Mandarin speaking is a plus.
Applicant with less experience may be considered as Senior HR Officer.
