About the Client
Our client is a centurial enterprise, as one of the largest F&B services chains in the world with over 2000+ branches and over 50+ branches in Hong Kong. They are now looking for an Assistant CRM Marketing Manager to join their team.
About the role
The position will report to the Marketing Manager.
- Formulate CRM and marketing strategies and campaigns to drive member sales and portfolio growth via O2O marketing, such as campaign flow design, A/B test activities, reporting and optimization
- Analyze consumer data and draw insights for formulating business strategic planning
- Develop and execute content strategies and lifecycle communications experience across multiple channels and various touchpoints to elevate customer experiences
- Monitor digital data collection process and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Work closely with other marketing teams to create and develop campaign initiatives
- Support e-commerce business initiatives to cultivate online engagement behavior and maximize sales
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
The successful applicant
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
- At least 5 years' experience in the CRM marketing field, experience in Hospitality/ FMCG industry preferred
- Strong commercial and technical understanding across CRM, digital marketing, and e-Commerce, with data-driven decision experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of the RFM model and Tableau is an advantage
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Marketing Manager, CRM
