About the client:
Our client is a reputable lingerie manufacturing group based in Hong Kong. They produce high-quality products to meet the needs of clients from all over the world, mainly from the US market. To meet their operational needs, they are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Liaise and communicate with different business stakeholders to monitor order tracking activities.
- Responsible for following up with customers inquiries on merchandising issue.
- Manage the production line to ensure product samples and bulk production are met with the customers' requirements, so as to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in merchandising duties in lingerie/ foam pad category;
- Candidates with technical background or from manufacturing group are preferred;
- Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
