Our client is a well-established organization within the logistics industry. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as the Assistant Officer, Facilities Management

About the role

  • Support Senior Officer to manage the work of contractors
  • General management of workplace facilities including co-workplace maintenance, catering and gardening
  • Providing support to office renovation projects
  • Office management, supporting any ad-hoc project related to office moves, space planning and alterations to premises
  • Supply of office equipment, including office furniture, stationery and consumables

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year experience in facility management gained in a similar role
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Good time management, communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in both written English and Chinese
