About the role
- Support Senior Officer to manage the work of contractors
- General management of workplace facilities including co-workplace maintenance, catering and gardening
- Providing support to office renovation projects
- Office management, supporting any ad-hoc project related to office moves, space planning and alterations to premises
- Supply of office equipment, including office furniture, stationery and consumables
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience in facility management gained in a similar role
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Good time management, communication and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in both written English and Chinese
