Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions from bidding invitation to proposal review, clarification on proposals, confirmation of selection with users, and seeking order approval
- Handle invoices online, including checking with users and suppliers
- Assist in processing new supplier registrations
- Prepare regular procurement reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective procurement processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in purchasing or procurement
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Ariba is an advantage
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
- Adaptable to change and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
