About our Client
Our client is a Fortune 500 telecommunication services provider with strong presence in Hong Kong and mainland China. To cope with business expansion, they are now looking for an Assistant Product Manager for the team.
About the Role
Reporting to Product Manager, you will define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback and help write test plans with Q&A. You will oversee the product operations to deliver App/Web solutions to achieve business objective. Throughout the day, you will work closely with vendor, content partner, internal technical team and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery within the designated time frame. You will also manage, monitor and report product progress and issues on a regular basis to establish effective governance and control over the entire product. You will prepare product documentation such as checklist, UAT document etc.
Requirement
- University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- 2+ years working experience in product management and development
- Proficient in computer system architecture design is a plus
- Proven track record in launching mobile apps/IT system
- Knowledge in UX workflow and strong design techniques
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
