About the Client:
Our client is the leading house-goods retail chain with a need to hire an Assistant Project Manager, responsible to lead retail-related projects namely POS, CRM, E-commerce.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of IT, you will take the lead in retail-related projects to monitor project deliverables. You will engage in projects to upgrade POS and CRM systems and integrate with innovative digital solutions (web & mobile applications) You will work closely with development team to ensure project implementation. You will manage external service providers to ensure project delivery.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant discipline.
- 6 years of experience in project management of retail systems.
- Solid knowledge in POS, CRM, ERP, E-commerce systems and digital solutions.
- Good English and Chinese.
- Occasional travels in PRC required.
