A Renowned Hong Kong Developer is looking for an Assistant Property Officer to manage some upcoming premises
About the Role
- Assist the Manager to handle all company's upcoming new premises
- Handle defect inspections and prepare defect report
- Handle handover and takeover arrangement on new development
- Approach owners/tenants and contractors on complaints and transition to operation
The successful applicants
- High Diploma or above in Property Management, Hotel Management or other related disciplines
- 1 years or above relevant working experience
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
