About the Client
Headquartered in Hong Kong, our client is one of the leading telecommunication services providers. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for an Assistant Retail Sales Manager to manage the daily sales and operations of the assigned retail stores.
About the Role
- Oversee the daily operations and the sales management for the assigned retail stores
- Provide training to the frontline staff to uplift the selling and customer service skills
- Enhance the standard of operational excellence in order to improve the customer experience
- Coordinate with different departments to set up marketing plans to improve sales performance of the assigned stores
Requirements
- Associate degree or above in the field of business administration or any relevant disciplines
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in the field of telecom with at least 2 years of management experience
- Customer-oriented, energetic with a good can-do attitude
- Experience in multiple retail stores management is a must
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
