About the Client
Our client is one of the leading Healthcare Products producers in the market. As a result of business growth and expansion, they are now seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to oversee their business for the assigned key accounts.
About the Role
- Manage the business performance of the assigned key accounts
- Develop, execute and evaluate the promotion plans to achieve the sales target
- Explore new business opportunities via different channels
- Lead and motivate a team of in-store promoters
- Formulate effective sales & marketing plan with the agencies in the mainland
- Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing or any relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years of sales management and Key Account Management experience in the FMCG industry with solid track record of success
- Strong connection with local FMCG Key Accounts is required
- Prior in-store promoters management experience is a must
- Exposure in the mainland market is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
